Ways to make a complaint:
- Speak directly to any staff member or your care provider
- Submit a written complaint to the Clinic Manager
- Email your complaint to: feedback@scopeclinic.com
- Use our feedback forms available at reception
What Happpens Next:
- Your complaint will be acknowledged within two business days
- We will investigate and provide a response to you within 30 days
- If you are not satisfied, you may escalate the complaint to:
- The Clinic Director/Quality Assurance Advisor
- The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Accreditation Canada
