HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AT SCOPE Clinic

Ways to make a complaint:

  • Speak directly to any staff member or your care provider
  • Submit a written complaint to the Clinic Manager
  • Email your complaint to: feedback@scopeclinic.com
  • Use our feedback forms available at reception

What Happpens Next:

  • Your complaint will be acknowledged within two business days
  • We will investigate and provide a response to you within 30 days
  • If you are not satisfied, you may escalate the complaint to:
    • The Clinic Director/Quality Assurance Advisor
    • The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
    • Accreditation Canada
